"Booked a 4-night stay from Thursday, 12th March 2026. Picked this hotel due to its location and access to the nearby metro and tram services. Once inside, check-in was simple enough, though I was asked if I wanted to pay for the booking, which I had to point out I had already done. Our room was on the first floor, which was accessible via stairs as well as a lift. Once in the room, the décor was of a high standard. What we found was good, and what could be better is as follows: Good: Bedding/Mattress Fridge Air conditioning Room safe Bedroom slippers Free bottled water in the room Could be better: No water in the fitness/wellness area No working lockers (keys missing) in the fitness/wellness area No hair conditioner in the room No hand cream in the room No light in the wardrobe cupboard No USB charging points next to the bed No spare pillows Very uncomfortable seats without cushions No frosted shower glass, and the shower is in the room No included breakfast, and the charge for breakfast is too high"

"We booked this hotel through Booking.com and since the beginning i was not expecting a 5 or 4 star hotel service even if I saw the feedback were good. At our arrival in a very cold and without any empathy any question we were asked the id and done! Give the cards and that’s it! No information about th room, no information about the possibility to upgrade the experience by paying a fee for the breakfast or not even information about the opening time for it and for dinner. No information about close museum. Stepped our foot in the room, with great surprise the room was very big, shower in the room separated from the toilet. No phone in the room and thyou heathing system was very high.when we were going out of the room no greetings from th reception side or even a smile. Good point was the last day when they let us use the room until 13:00. They did not ask anything if we need any transfer or whatever and they never asked how was the experience. If you might need something you need to address yourself to the room. They don’t answer to th message through the chat of Booking and no information about room service. Very low profile."

"I had the loveliest stay here. The staff are all so friendly and kind especially Belal who went above and beyond. The views were beautiful and the rooms were so clean and lovely. Such a central location so handy. Could not fault our stay."
