"When my wife and I first arrived, the lack of color and the old interior was a small shock. Then being put in a room with twin beds really surprised us but the staff did move us quickly. However, you are steps away from the Belvedere Palace and a tram that takes you to the heart of Vienna. If only there were more dinner options in the neighborhood. But location does go a long way when you look to save money."

"This hotel is located close to public transport making getting around Vienna very easy. The room was spacious and well-appointed, and the staff were very courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good, exactly what you would expect from a hotel of this classification. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vienna."
