"We booked this hotel expecting a 4-star standard, but the actual experience was very disappointing and did not match the listing. The building and room are in poor condition with visible wear and tear, including cracked and peeling paint, damaged fixtures, and exposed wiring near the bedside light, and from the carpet, it is evident that their cleaning service is not done properly. The overall upkeep is far below what is expected of a 4-star property. The biggest issue was the noise. the noise situation was extremely bad. Early morning around 6AM., we could clearly hear people walking and talking in the corridor, doors opening and closing repeatedly, and sirens from outside. The sound insulation is extremely poor and we were unable to get proper rest at all. For the price paid, there are far better and more reputable hotels available in the same range. We had no choice but to check out early and move to another hotel. Would not recommend this property if you value sleep, comfort, and basic maintenance standards."

"I have just arrived to Leonardo hotel in Vienna. My booking was comfort room with all pictures at website refer to king size bed with average space in the room. But what I actually find is terrible small room with very small bed and annoying sliding roof over my head. I asked reception to change my booking although they refused and informed me that all rooms are occupied. I am very disappointed with such room which i think worse than hostel."
