"All nice apart from 300 deposit we were not told about , 4 days after leaving hotel it’s still not been returned to our bank , and that is a big concern as we continue our , holiday . On checking in were were told about it but also that it would be returned immediately on check out that was on Tuesday at 7am , now it Saturday and still noting"

"Dear Miiro Spittelberg Team, Hello, we stayed at your hotel, Miiro Spittelberg, between May 21–24. During check-in, a €100 deposit was charged from us via POS payment. We were informed that this was a standard procedure at your hotel. Since this is not a common practice for us in Türkiye, I mentioned that I found it unusual, but the payment was still requested and therefore paid. At check-out, we were told that this €100 deposit would be refunded back to our account. However, since our departure, we have been checking our account regularly and we still have not received the refund. I am also attaching the receipt for the deposit payment to this email. Since the payment was made with a Turkish bank card, the equivalent amount in Turkish Lira was charged according to the exchange rate at that time. I kindly request that the refund be processed as soon as possible and would appreciate an update regarding the status of the payment. Thank you for your attention."
