Barcelo Royal Beach

"Ive struggled with this review and it has took me a few weeks to write it properly. First of all the room whilst dated was clean and bed was comfy. Then we come to the food. It was cold constantly I did not expect to have to put everything in the microwave at every meal but thats what we had to do. We've been to a different hotel in Bulgaria before and this wasn't an issue. It was very disappointing. My next complaint an this really spoilt it for us was the freezing temperature of the indoor pool. I couldn't get in as it was so cold and one lifeguards answer was you need to swim faster. Even though I couldn't physically get in because of the temperature. Overall its completely put us off staying at any Barcelo in the future a huge disappointment."

"We arrived on the Wednesday and was greeted by friendly staff, we got to talking with Todor who was lovely and was very helpful and helped us through our stay and was a very fun and enjoyable individual. The rooms were clean and very presentable with a large bathroom and everything we needed for the 4 nights stay. The atmosphere was clam and fun with laughter and great conversations. INCREDIBLE value and we will definitely be returning! The location was in perfect distance to all amenities, i would massively recommend (and ask for Todor)"

"Arrived early June the hotel is very beautiful, the staff are all friendly and also clean! One of the first people who was a lot of help was Todor, he made sure we settled in well, helped us get a taxi to the airport and just made sure everything was stress free! All the food from all inclusive was really good different themed nights also. I’m looking forward to coming back next year also. The location was prime for relaxation but also how close it is to the bars and other activities."
