"Relaxing holiday in a perfect location, with yummy and delicious food, amazing staff and 10/10 animation team especially Andrea, our little one really enjoyed the kids club and cant stop talking about the holiday. Very clean surroundings, just in front of the beach."

"Reception area is very gloomy, staff are miserable through out, the only friendly member was the lady standing by the restaurant door. Rooms are very out dated, clean but need updating badly. Had a terrible smell of faeces coming from the drains in bathrooms, it was sorted very promptly though. Around the pool wasn’t the cleanest. Food is average, not great for fussy eaters. Tables were never cleared staff waited until you left until they cleared any plates they were left to pile up. Entertainment wasn’t the best, we spent more time out of the hotel on sunny beach strip, which was lovely but an extra cost to the holiday. If you have a late check out and pay the extra cost to keep a room you still have to be out by 6pm we had to wait 7 hours in reception until we were picked up which isn’t great if you have young children. Over all I’d say it is a 3 star definitely not 4 as stated."

"We arrived late at night due to a delay with our flight. The hotel had put on some sandwiches for the guests which was a lovely gesture. In the morning we asked if we could move to a sea view room which they kindly obliged. The staff were friendly and helpful. All the staff at the pool bar were great, but Martina was an absolute star and nothing was too much trouble. The food was good, great choice, perhaps not as hot as I would have liked, but that is to be expected with buffet style. Each evening was a different theme which was good and breakfast was also excellent with many options available. There was also a little cafe if you wanted a sweet afternoon snack. The pools were great, cold, but you great for cooling you down. The hotel was in a great position, close to the action, but not too close. Plenty of bars and restaurants around if you wanted to eat out. We also played crazy golf which was good fun! A great stay all round."
