"I can only reiterate all the glowing reviews of this place. I found all the staff to be professional and friendly but I must give a special mention to Tony in guest relations who goes out of his way to ensure that guests have a perfect stay. He certainly is a credit to the hotel. The only thing that would deter me from a return visit is that it is VERY child friendly. As a solo adult I chose the week before half term in the UK but after a few days there seemed to be an equal number of babies, toddlers and children to adults. The only respite was the adult only pool, all other areas were a cacophony of sound day and night.So I would probably be inclined to book an adults only hotel if I decided to return."

"We stayed at Voya Beach for 11 nights and overall had a lovely experience. There are plenty of pools for children, as well as one huge pool for everyone to enjoy. The water slides are great, although they aren’t suitable for toddlers, so there weren’t many options for our youngest child. The food was hit and miss. Some meals were excellent, while others were disappointing. Overall, the children’s food selection could be improved. Our little girl ended up eating pasta for both lunch and dinner on most days because there weren’t many suitable alternatives available. The cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable, although at times it felt a little excessive. Staff were constantly sweeping around the beds and communal areas throughout the day. During meals, they would often sweep and mop underneath our one-year-old’s high chair three or four times, which was quite distracting and sometimes put her off eating. One disappointment was the inconsistency regarding late check-out. We spoke to another family who were given a complimentary late check-out, but when we asked, we were quoted €100 until 6pm. Unfortunately, we couldn’t justify paying that amount when others appeared to have received it free of charge. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and had a lovely holiday. However, due to the limited toddler facilities, children’s food options, and our experience with check-out, we probably wouldn’t return."
