"Pical Family Hotel is a truly impressive resort. The facilities are world class — the pools, the children's entertainment, the Maro Club and the sheer scale of what's on offer kept our family thoroughly entertained throughout our stay. Our two children had the absolute time of their lives, and as a family resort it is hard to fault. One small note for anyone researching a stay here — Pical operates as three distinct accommodation options, each with its own dining and service concept. It is worth taking the time to research which suits you best and understanding exactly what is included before booking. The all-inclusive offering is more comparable to full board, so if a traditional all-inclusive experience is what you are looking for, it is worth clarifying the details in advance. If you are considering the V Level experience, however, I cannot recommend it highly enough. The dining is truly exceptional — the food, the service and the attention to detail are everything you would hope for from a five-star stay, and it elevates the resort to another level entirely. What I can say wholeheartedly is that Krešimir Vidović, Concierge and Guest Relations Manager, is an absolute credit to the resort. His professionalism, warmth and genuine care for his guests is second to none. Nothing was too much trouble, and his personal attention and thoughtful touches — including a wonderful birthday surprise — made our stay truly special. It is a rare thing to encounter someone in hospitality who makes you feel so genuinely valued as a guest. He was, without question, the difference between a good holiday and an unforgettable one. We will absolutely be back — and we very much hope Krešimir will be there to welcome us when we are."
