"Lovely location, staff were friendly, room was spacious and the hotel felt clean in general. Pool and beach had sunbeds readily available. Some of the all inclusive drinks were watered down which is standard. The food was a bit boring and was often the same dishes each evening, the dessert range and quality far exceeded the rest of the food"

"We had a wonderful stay at this TUI resort and would like to thank the staff for making our holiday so enjoyable. A special mention goes to Attine in the restaurant. Despite being extremely busy, he always made time for us and provided outstanding, personal service. His friendliness, professionalism, and attention to detail made our experience truly special. We would also like to thank Ivica and Filip, the manager, who were always approachable, helpful, and keen to ensure guests had a great stay. Their positive attitude and willingness to assist contributed greatly to our overall experience. "I’m going to start by saying that the staff were amazing. They were always polite, attentive and extremely hard working. Without their efforts, my review would definitely have scored less. The hotel is spotlessly clean and well presented, lovely outdoor pool. Views from the terraces are fantastic. Definitely a hotel for couples, rather than anything else. Unfortunately that’s the positives. The hotel is set out on many levels, and yes there are lots of steps, I did my research, so this wasn’t a shock, but be warned. The food at the hotel is very hit and miss, yes there is a selection, very much the same daily, and in most instances bland. Snacks are very limited and even ice creams are an extra charge. For an ‘all inclusive’ hotel, there are a lot of extras not included, especially when it comes to drinks. You don’t get that ‘wow’ or welcome factor at meal times, only greeted once upon entry to our evening meal with a locally sourced drink. Not the staffs fault, as I said the staff worked tirelessly. The biggest complaint by far, were are a non smoking couple. The outside areas don’t have a smoke free zone, not on the terraces or pool side , often the smoke was clearly be present in some of the indoor areas, especially the games room. No good if you’re Asthmatic."
