"Our annual mother-daughter trip to Alion Beach Hotel was, once again, absolutely fantastic, reminding us why we keep coming back year after year. From the moment you arrive until the moment you leave, the service is simply outstanding. Everyone makes you feel genuinely welcome. Special thanks to Pieros Giatrou, the most visible and approachable hotel manager we've ever met, who seems to know every guest by name and ensures everything runs perfectly. We would also like to mention Panicos Michael, the General Manager, who is equally visible, friendly, and welcoming. It is clear that both managers lead by example and take great pride in creating an exceptional guest experience. The staff truly make this hotel special. Francesca, Theodoros, Yanis (affectionately known as George Clooney 😊), Giorgios, Michael, and many others—every person we met was friendly, professional, and genuinely happy to be there. The housekeeping team also deserves a shout-out for spotless rooms and warm, attentive service that adds so much comfort and quality to our stay. One thing that stands out is the positive atmosphere throughout the hotel. The staff seem genuinely happy in their work, and it is obvious that they enjoy what they do. That kind of environment does not happen by accident and reflects the excellent leadership and management culture created by Pieros Giatrou and Panicos Michael. Their presence and engagement are felt throughout the hotel and contribute greatly to the warm, welcoming feeling that guests experience. What makes Alion so unique is its personal touch. With only around 100 rooms, it never feels crowded. It’s easy to recognize familiar faces, both guests and staff, and see why so many people return again and again. The food and drinks remain excellent, and having our own sunbed reserved for the entire stay is still one of the best hotel ideas we've experienced. We have been saddened to hear that some people are cancelling their holidays to Cyprus due to concerns about conflicts in the Middle East. We want to reassure everyone that Cyprus is completely safe. The island is far removed from these conflicts, and throughout our stay, we felt totally relaxed and secure, able to enjoy every moment worry-free. Seeing so many returning guests, greeting staff like dear old friends and even exchanging hugs, speaks volumes about this wonderful hotel. Of course everyone must make their own decisions, but we can honestly say that throughout our stay we felt completely safe, relaxed, and able to enjoy our holiday without worry. What impressed us most was seeing so many returning guests. It wasn't unusual to see guests greeting staff like old friends or even giving them hugs when it was time to leave. "We had a fantastic stay and were truly impressed by both the hotel and the destination. We traveled during a period when some people were concerned about the situation in the region, but throughout our stay we felt completely safe and comfortable. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every aspect. The staff were incredibly professional and welcoming, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the overall service was outstanding. The breakfast and dining experience were excellent, with a great selection of high-quality food. We also visited for a special occasion, and everything was handled perfectly, making our trip even more memorable. The attention to detail and genuine hospitality of the entire team made a lasting impression on us. We would gladly return and highly recommend both the hotel and Cyprus as a destination"
