"Wow what a place! From the moment we walked through the door everything was fantastic. Every member of staff was polite and nothing was to much trouble. One of the managers Panikos, always had time for his guests would laugh, joke and engage with them on a daily basis. All the staff engage with everyone giving a very personal touch. The rooms were basic but had all you need for a comfortable stay. The food was the best we have had in very long time on vacation, big variety of hot and cold with something different available each day. There are two à la carte restaurants on site although not open every night ( at least while we were there).The pool area was cleaned and even jet washed daily. The whole complex was well maintained and clean. We hope to be back in September for my wife’s birthday as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in June. Keep up the good work."

"I like the hotel and especially the entertainment, Olya is doing an amazing work in kids club and great dancing in mini disco, and Zhivodar is doing a great job in the sports, lovely yoga and aqua! Two very kind persons, very happy with the stay here in the hotel!"

"The staff were fantastic nothing was to much trouble the staff were all really nice and helpful and the food fantastic the cleaning really good everything washed down jet washed etc even the ceiling in the pool bar area all really good and partico was really lovely man so attentive hopefully we will be back in September"
