Hotel Napa Suites

"A pleasant stay at Napa Suites in a convenient urban location. The hotel has a modern atmosphere and a really nice rooftop area where you can relax and enjoy the surroundings. The location is practical and close to many places in the city, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms are comfortable and the overall vibe of the hotel is stylish and contemporary. The only downside is that there are no sea views, as the hotel is located further inland. Still, it’s a good option for those looking for a comfortable and well-located stay."

"I booked a day pass for two for my birthday at the Napa suites rooftop. However, on that day it was warned with thunderstorms, so I called to asked if I cancelled more than 24 hours before, if I would get a refund, which I was assured. It is also stated that they have a 24 hours cancellation policy. However, I never got the refund. I went personally to ask about it and they said the system didn’t refund automatically because in their system a daypass starts in the beginning of the day, but my booking was for 1pm. I cancelled 10.30 am the day before. They said they would try to do it manually but would not guarantee my refund even if it’s my right. As a customer, I cannot know how their system is set up and when I called, they could have also told me since I called several days before. I asked for them to give me a confirmation and they said they would send me an email about what will happen. This also I didn’t receive. Very poor service in any way. Even we spend more than 100€ in their restaurant, courtyard, on my birthday instead of the rooftop pool, and still they are making trouble about refunding two day passes that we cancelled within the time."

"We stayed at Hotel Napa Suites and can only say our stay has been amazing. When we first arrived, it was late evening, and they're was a mishap with our booking, but Valentino, on reception, swiftly sorted this out and we were offered an upgraded room from our original booking, plus a bottle of fizz for the inconvenience. The rooms are very stylish and chic with mood lighting and very comfortable beds with a choice of pillows to cater to individual preferences. The amenities within the room were a fully stocked fridge with soft drinks and water. There was a kettle and a coffee nespreso machine with fresh bottled water provided daily. We were bed and breakfast, but there was a courtyard restaurant and a Asian sushi 🍣 restaurant for dining. At breakfast, there was a good selection for continental or full english, but my only criticism was that it was luke warm. The hot plates could be set to a higher temperature to recify this. The staff at breakfast were attentive, especially Sashsoz, who remembered our preferences for drinks. Sashsoz was also at the rooftop pool bar and really made you feel special. The rooftop pool bar was very luxurious, with comfortable sun loungers and cabana beds. The infinity pool was awesome with a jacuzzi, too, for total relaxation. My only criticism about the pool and jacuzzi is that it could do with been heated out of peak season as it was ice cold. The house cleaning service was impeccable. We stayed in room 014 and our housekeeper was so thorough, I really would like to say a huge thankyou to this lady. She is an asset to Napa Suites. Overall, our stay was awesome, and we can highly recommend this hotel. Thank you to Napa Suites for making our holiday truly amazing."
