"I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The food included in the restaurant was of very poor quality. There were only four options to choose from, and unfortunately, every single one of them was almost impossible to eat. Even the coffee at breakfast was nothing more than cheap instant sachets — far below the standard one would expect. The condition of the rooms was unacceptable. There were huge cockroaches inside, making the stay feel unhygienic and very uncomfortable. The only positive point was the staff. They were polite and never rude, but unfortunately, they didn’t take any real action to solve the problems. Their courtesy did not translate into effective service. Overall, the experience was very unsatisfactory. I cannot recommend this place to anyone expecting decent food, clean accommodation, or proper service."
