"Decent hotel room was nice and spacious comfy bed and a good location. Didn’t receive the warmest welcome when we arrived or got told check out times etc that’s the only thing stopping it being a 5 for me."

"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The spa experience was truly excellent—relaxing, well-maintained, and worth trying. The staff were professional, helpful, and quick to respond to any request. I asked for a kettle, and they provided one without delay. Initially, the AC in my room wasn’t working, but the team acted immediately and moved me to another room. The new room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Overall, a very good experience and I would definitely consider staying here again."

"Lovely food breakfast was all set out help yourself we also had an evening meal you pick from a menu this was also great and we had a mouse cake to finish off beautiful. The room had 2: Beds together not double , lovely warm floor in the shower was nice , hair dryer and shower gel and shampoo and body lotion . pillows I think they needed replacing they were too soft and made sleeping not comfortable Everyone was helpful if you needed anything they would try and sort this out . No kettle but I asked and was given one to use but it would be good if there were coffee tea available in the rooms just a suggestion. Train near and very cheap to use lots of trams and buses "
