"1) what amazed us is that they dont have slippers and toothbrushes, receptionist offers to buy those . 2) at first night, in the room number 301, I woke up and saw many red iritated spots on my skin, and they were itching terribly, then from my pillow we found the bad bug spots, we immidiately reported to the teception, showed the bites and the bug, that BLAMED HS for bringing thosee bugs. BEWARE OF RECEPTIONIST RENATA, she is terrible."

"I informed the hotel 1.5 months in advance that my flight to Prague was cancelled and that I would shorten my stay by one night. Despite this very early notice, the hotel refused to refund the unused night. Given that the room was released well in advance and could have been resold, this response shows a complete lack of flexibility and customer-oriented approach. The policy may be “non-refundable”, but in situations like this, most professional hotels demonstrate at least minimal goodwill. Unfortunately, this was not the case here. I would strongly advise future guests to carefully consider the risk of strict cancellation policies, as no exceptions seem to be made even with significant advance notice and circumstances beyond the guest’s control."
