Hotel at The White Lily

"We stayed at At the White Lily Hotel in Prague for three nights. The trip was a gift from our children to celebrate a special occasion, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. Our room was very spacious, and the staff had thoughtfully placed fresh flowers, some sweets, and a bottle of Prosecco in the room along with a lovely handwritten note. It was such a kind gesture and a beautiful way to start our stay. The hotel itself is extremely well located - about a five-minute walk from Prague Castle and five minutes in the other direction to Charles Bridge. There is also a tram stop just a couple of minutes away, and public transport in Prague is very easy to navigate. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and the staff are amazing - very professional, warm, and welcoming. A special mention must go to the receptionist, Nila, who truly excels at her job. She made us feel incredibly welcome, went out of her way to provide great sightseeing and dining recommendations, and even booked a walking tour for us. She really made our stay memorable and is an incredible asset to the hotel. Many people have mentioned the breakfast, and while there is certainly a huge selection of items, there are a few areas that could be improved, particularly the coffee. The juice didn’t appear to be freshly squeezed, and the cheeses were processed slices. Personally, I feel that offering fewer items but of a higher quality might be something worth considering. That said, this certainly wouldn’t be a deal-breaker for us. Overall, we had a lovely stay. I would happily return to this hotel and would have no hesitation in recommending it to friends and family."

"The apartment is in a very quiet area and approximately 10mins walk to the Cathedral of Saint Vitus. The rooms are very clean, the staff super helpful/friendly and the breakfast is excellent."
