"My mom and I stayed here for 5 days (4 nights), and it was honestly a perfect experience. While we travelled as a mother-daughter duo, we noticed the hotel seamlessly accommodates everyone, from couples to families with young children. The hotel is beautifully designed and in an incredible location—just a 6-minute walk from the Old Town Square. The neighbourhood felt very safe overall. There is a small bar nearby, and we did spot a couple of drunk guys one evening, which is just something to be aware of, but it didn't impact our sense of safety at all. The food here is amazing. There is a massive buffet with a huge variety of delicious options (I specifically loved the salmon!). The hotel is fully kosher and perfectly equipped with everything an observant Jewish traveller could need, including a Mikveh (ritual bath). They also have two elevators, one of which automatically operates as a Shabbat elevator from Friday evening through Saturday evening. Our room was clean, tidy, and spacious enough to comfortably walk around and store all of our luggage. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the Wi-Fi was reliable. A really nice, cosy touch was the blanket warmer in the bathroom! Housekeeping was excellent and cleaned our room every single time we went out. The only minor downside was that our room had an attic-style skylight window that faced upward, so we didn't get much of a view, but the room itself made up for it. The service was top-notch. The staff is professional and highly multilingual—we noticed they spoke English, Czech, and even Russian, which made communication effortless. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay here again!"
