"Great hotel near the centre of Copenhagen. Very close to the central station and acros the road from Vesterport station. Nice rooms and excellent breakfast. We had a twin room, the beds were right next to each other which may be a problem for some. Also my mattress and mattress topper kept sliding off, so I was in danger of falling out in the morning. Some tea and coffee in the room, but although we asked for extra tea bags they do not provide milk for tea. If you buy milk it goes off quickly in the heat. Some uht milk sachets would have been useful. The hotel is used by American tour groups so the breakfast room can be quite crowded at times."

"The hotel is in a great location. Just a few minutes walk from the train station where the train from the airport arrives. A few minutes from Tivoli. 5/10 minute walk from the main squares, the lakes and shopping streets. 15 minute walk from the harbour and about a 10 minute walk from the Meat Packing District. Perfect for us. We bought our 2 teenager child and the room for 4 was perfect. One of the best we have had. The bathroom was lovely and spacious with a bath and a separate shower. The room was really fresh. I must admit when we first walked into the hotel we were greeted by a cigarette/cigar smell, which worried me that the room would smell the same. But I’m pleased to say it didn’t. We didn’t eat or have a drink at the hotel as there were so many other places locally."

"Very basic hotel with some cleaning issues. I checked in and had to change room as the bathroom in my original room was dirty (see photos). Not much better in the second room where I found a dirty cup (photo”.. The rooms are basic and I am certain you would find a better hotel around without much effort. The towels smelled awful and the soap dispensers were broken. The daily cleaning of the room was mediocre to say the least. Unfortunately was booked for another 2 nights, and needless to say I will never set foot in that hotel again. On the 1st morning i was awaken by some work across the street at 6.30 am (photo) On my second and third morning the electricity went off in every room on the 2nd floor around 6am."
