"We recently stayed at this hotel for three nights while visiting Copenhagen, and I’ll start with the positives. The location is excellent — very central and only a few minutes’ walk from the train station, which made getting around extremely convenient. All of the staff we encountered were amazing: friendly, welcoming, and always very helpful throughout our stay. On arrival, reception explained that rooms are only cleaned upon request, which was absolutely fine with us. However, we were allocated a very small room on the second floor. The layout made it quite awkward, as one side of the bed was positioned very close to the window, leaving barely enough room to get in or out. This meant either climbing out from the bottom of the bed or over the other person. Unfortunately, the walls between rooms seemed very thin, and we could clearly hear our neighbour snoring loudly each night, which made it difficult to relax and sleep after long days sightseeing. The bathroom could also do with some updating and maintenance. The sink was cracked, the toilet seat was heavily discoloured, and the toilet itself would benefit from a more thorough clean. There were also several cracks visible in the ceiling/coving area. Storage space in the room was extremely limited, and I was disappointed there was no kettle provided. That said, there were facilities downstairs to purchase coffee, along with a bar area and some refrigerated snacks. The hotel’s communal and food areas were generally kept very clean. We were offered the option to add breakfast at check-in for £21 per person. Personally, I felt this was quite expensive for what was available. As someone who isn’t particularly keen on continental-style breakfasts, I didn’t feel it offered great value for money — although this is, of course, just my personal opinion. Overall, while the location and staff were excellent, I probably wouldn’t choose to stay here again due to the room we were allocated. I didn’t request a room change as we were only staying for a short three-night trip."

"The location of the hotel is excellent, in the immediate vicinity are the metro and the railway station that is connected to the airport, so we only used the train to get there and about 5-10 minutes of walking. We reached the city center and all the places we wanted to visit on foot. Breakfast was tasty and quite diverse. It was nice to sit and drink coffee in the inner courtyard covered with blankets that are on each chair. The double rooms and the bathroom are quite small and the downside is that there is no kettle in the room, no coffee and tea. Although the room had a view of a busy street, it was not noisy."
