"This hotel is truly a great place to visit and stay. My wife and I had originally booked for a week’s stay in parkland side and wow were we’re not disappointed at all. We arrived mid evening after a medium haul flight and a rather quick transfer of about 10-15 minutes. We were greeted upon arrival by the concierge team who directed us to reception where was checked in and allocated our room without any issues or concerns. Reception staff were great and explained everything to us in terms of the correct amount of information needed and not an overload. The ground floor pool view (main pool) room was excellent, modern and good amenities along with being very clean and a nice fresh clean smell on arriving into the room. Daily the room was cleaned with fresh towels if required and a daily stock up of water (2 bottles) ensuring we were adequately stocked for bottled water. The cleaner was great and always had a smile on his face and cleaned the room thoroughly ensuring that there was always a different towel art creation to welcome us back in the room after the pool, beach or excursion a great job and a great guy !! What we can say about this hotel is that the staff regardless of department are always willing to greet you and say hello, morning or just a pleasant smile this is a credit to all staff and departments. The entertainment team do a fantastic job on a daily basis always engaging with staff and ensuring that they engaged with you regardless if you join in with the activities or not. Seif and his team are great and the energy and enthusiasm from Seif does truly rub off onto his team and they are a great bunch doing a fantastic job. The food at this hotel is great and the good thing is that you can visit either restaurant and you will always find something to eat which is always fresh and well presented and again the chefs are great and it’s never any trouble for them who always go out of their way to say hello. The restaurant managers in our case Mr Ashraf and Mr Ahmed always smiling and ensuring your food and beverages are always fresh and topped up. They are an asset to the hotel and truly lead by example with their waiters to name a few ( Bavli, Peter, Michael etc) keep up the great work you are a credit to the team and it was always pleasant to eat and share our meal times with you. Mr George and Mr Ali again good to see the managers taking time to talk with guests and ensure all is ok. Now to the bar staff and again these guys work tirelessly to ensure that they always give you great service with a smile and have a good laugh with you along the way, Mr Bassem lobby bar always remembering our drink and providing excellent service, Osama main pool,Gerges Dolphin pool and the wonderful Sameh who was in red bar and towards the end of our stay Shisha corner. Mr Essam truly a true gentleman who was always visible and took time to talk with us asking about our stay and if all was ok along with always asking if we needed anything, a great ambassador for the hotel and extremely pleasant to talk too. The guest relations and I mention Caroline as this is who we engaged with mostly doing a great job ensuring the room and everything overall was ok. I just say that this is our new go to hotel in Sharm and will be our new home from home during our trips to Sharm, this hotel has a great team including the GM who again acknowledges guests and sets a great example to his whole team. If you are considering booking don’t consider get it booked you won’t be disappointed."

"Dont ever book this hotel !!! We have had such terrible things happen , me and my family have been coming to sharm for 7 years , twice a year , we no exactly how they should operate. Firstly when we arrived which was very late , we checked in to our room , and my 3 years old daughter found a used condom on the floor under the bed . Then we had our cleaner steal money from our room , to top it off they brought my daugher a cot that had all slats missing and sharp screws hanging off . The manager emad , didnt care less at our terrible experiences , we asked for a good will gesture to have a later check out time , and the management declined. On a positive note the barman george by the dolphin pool and lily who works in kids club were ever so kind and amazing at making us and our children welcome , ive never wrote a review before , but i have to advise you guys , do NOT waste your money here , there are so many lovely hotels in sharm for the same price .this hotel is NOT A 5*"

"Hotel fantastic . Home 48 hours missing it so much , weather fantastic , from room to food and drink were excellent , the staff are a credit to the hotel they work so hard , it 2 hotels you can use both , we didn’t see the internment we were out every night , back for Christmas this was my first time to Egypt and it won’t be my last I left my heart in Egypt"
