"Comfortable bed and room. We did an overnight stay and chose this hotel because of location to St Charles Train Station. Cons, no refrigerator, no bottled water, no milk for coffee. There were tea bags and instant coffee but no spoon to stir coffee. Also the open shower meant all bathroom was wet after taking a shower. Apart from cons was a passable stay."

"Stayed here during s short stay in Marseille. Chose this hotel since it was located close to the old port and since I was travelling with a car, more than 2m tall, which did not leave many hotels to stay at. This was however ever able to handle it. Good service at the hotel - kind and helpful staff. Hotel is a little worn-down but otherwise ok."

"Sadly the only good thing I can say good about this hotel is it’s location to the coach and train station and the city centre Other than that it goes down hill rapidly during our stay and with sorting out an issue after our stay which after over 3 weeks is still not sorted Staff although nice are somewhat incompetent and lack knowledge and experience and would rather talk to each other than work Rooms are tatty with torn curtains and carpet and in need of an update Breakfast, the food is of poor quality the choice is very limited and the breakfast area needs revamping and the staff need to keep the area cleaner and the food stocked better I’ve been visiting the hotel now for over 10 years and every time we come the hole experience is poorer to a point that when we come back to Marseille later in the year we will stay at another hotel Shame"
