"After reading some negative reviews prior to booking we were nervous but I am pleased to say the hotel exceeded expectations. The rooms were clean, the staff were helpful and we had a pleasant stay and would definitely book here again. Also its just a 15 minute walk to Disney Village and the hotel offers a free shuttle bus service along with a paid bus service which stops right outside the hotel and costs €2.50 per person should you miss the shuttle bus and Ubers are also readily available at a cost of £11ish when it is not peak times but can be as high as £45 at peak park closing times."

"We had a wonderful 3 night stay here . Our room had everything we needed , including a small kitchenette with dishwasher , fridge , kettle , hob and microwave and free WiFi . The room and hotel were clean and stylish and the staff were friendly and helpful. We visited Disneyland which is a 20 minute walk ( slow pace ) but there is also a shuttle bus which stops outside the hotel . Theres a shopping centre on Val de Europe and the hotel have a small shop situated in the lobby for essentials . Will definitely return. ."

"I have stayed here on a couple of occasions and have never really had any real problems. However my recent stay here was a little different. The positives The location in relation to Disneyland Parc is great, a short walk or there is a free shuttle service that picks up and drops off right by the hotel. The price is reasonable. The negatives On this occasion I was really not impressed with the room that we were given. The room itself was quite tatty and in real need of decorating. There were a lot of areas that were damaged and broken, wood chipped or damaged in both the bedroom/kitchen areas and the bathroom In terms of the comfort of the room the bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows provided were very thin and there was only one each, I asked reception for more pillows and was told no, they dont have any others that they could give us. We stayed there for 3 nights and during that time there was no housekeeping, not even to replenish the toilet paper! The carpets and general cleanliness of the room was very poor. I had old dried contact lenses that were from the previous room occupants stuck to the bedside table and on the floor plus dirty used platers on the carpet. The carpets themselves were dirty. The room has a dishwasher but this was rusty inside. The reception staff on the whole were quite unhelpful when spoken to and were not interested when asked anything, some were quite rude. I hope that this was just a one off as like I have said on previous visits the experience was better. Im not sure I would re book this hotel again as standards do seem to have slipped quite a lot."
