"This hotel is very much designed and catered towards people intending to go to Disney, and need a place to put their head which is still nice, but not at massive Disney prices.
You're about a 30/40 minute walk from Disney if you're so inclined. The shuttle bus is fine, but it's not very frequent (compared to other near-Disney properties) and takes a break from 11am to 4pm, which creates a lot of pressure to get out on time. The lack of frequency means it's a bit of a panic to get out of the park late at night. There are only two busses after the parks close, and you have to dash to make the first one.
There's a nice little town that's a literal six minute walk from the hotel. That's the best place to stock up on essentials like milk, wine, cereals and snacks. The little shop in the reception is super expensive.
We stayed in a 5-bed villa. It's a large property, 5 huge bedrooms all with TVs and ensuite bath/shower/toilet. They say they can accommodate 16, but you could actually get 5 couples with two kids each and still squeeze one or two more kids in. Every sofa is a bed too.
The kitchen is very small though. Not designed for cooking any meals. As I say, designed for somewhere to have breakfast and maybe a couple of snacks and the expectation that you will eat your other meals at Disney or in the town. There's no real storage space or prep space. They don't provide much cleaning supplies (though you can always ask for more).
The villa itself was mostly clean, if a little shabby, needing small maintenance all over the place. The dishwasher needed a deep clean, it couldn't clean anything properly. So utensils and crockery had to be hand washed. Bedrooms and toilets were fine though.
The staff in the hotel couldn't have been more helpful. Super friendly, super accommodating.
There's a bar/restaurant in the hotel, which again makes the assumption that most people aren't there to eat at the hotel. The food is actually fine. But there's a very limited menu, and actually ordering food is chaotic at times.
The pool is fine. A pretty straightforward pool, not very big. A nice place to chill out.
The shuttle bus takes you to the main transport station which has trains into Paris every 12 minutes. So that's helpful if you want to take a day off Disney."
