Aparthotel Adagio Paris Centre Tour Eiffel

"Recently returned from a long weekend in Paris staying this hotel (with friends celebrating us all turning 50yr old) We had a wonderful time and the hotel was great. I was a little nervous after reading some earlier reviews however our experience of this hotel was faultless Firstly; the staff - we checked in and had got upgraded to a partial tower view on the second to top floor…..thanks Marion (the lady who arranged this - hope I have remembered her name correctly) The staff on check in were super friendly and happy to help with any queries/questions we had. Previous review mention the lifts not working - this was never an issue. The lifts were large and working great throughout our visit. Our Room; on a high floor and partial view of the Eiffel Tower - was amazing View obstructed by a large ventilation tower but never the less amazing - we loved to sit at least once a night on the hour waiting for the tower to sparkle The room itself was spacious, clean and had everything you would ever need. We had a double bedroom plus a sofa bed in the lounge/kitchen area Nice bathroom and seperate toilet (my one complaint/improvement suggestion is there was no where to hang a handtowel in the toilet - easily solved by adding a hook) The kitchen area was lovely - never used it but good to have a fridge to chill our wine Location; about a 12min walk to the Eiffel Tower and 3 metro stations each about 10min walk away. As I think other reviews had said the walk up to the hotel is a little dingy (being kind of underground) I think it was in a student area as the business school was very close, there was a supermarket straight outside the hotel. But felt safe at all times Would defo recommend if you want to be near the Seine and close proximity to the Eiffel Tower"

"Very average hotel. The photos of rooms are an exaggeration. The air conditioning did not work, basins didn’t drain and they were scabby with coffee and sugar etc in the rooms. Did not get twin beds as booked and paid for. Man at the desk told us to move them ourselves?! Impossible without single bedding!? Location is good but I’ll pay more for a nicer hotel next time."

"VERY BAD EXPERIENCE! WORST RECEPTION TEAM EVER! WORST PLACE EVER IN SO MANY COUNTRIES IVE VISITED. Shi* all over the toilet floor! Toilet cloged and hotel team did nothing to help"
