"We stayed here only 2 nights. It was terrible from beginning to end.
Checkin was an absolute cluster. Tons of airline crew in the lobby. 4 desks open, groups of people with no organization or anything resembling lines. Angry guests everywhere. When I asked if elite desk line would be separate she said no, they are just taking people as they go… but then other people just went right past me insisting they were elite (we have titanium status). Just frustration for everyone.
Lounge is closed due to renovation. 20 euro daily credit offered, but not on your checkout day. We used it once at the cafe- to buy stale pastries. Don’t bother.
Our toilet broke the first night. Took 1 hour for the technician to arrive. Also, they have no iron. They have a steamer but no place to hang your clothes that is close enough to an outlet to use it right. I had to do some creative holding of the hanger, which caused the steam to burn my hands multiple times.
We took multiple showers on the first day (90+ degree weather), so we wanted our towels replaced. Left them on the floor. Housecleaning just took the same dirty towels and hung them back up. Lotion bottle was empty, never refilled. But the worse? We found a dirty fork on the floor behind the curtain (we never used a fork- so leftover from god knows when). Gross.
We also left a key on the power switch to keep the AC on. Housekeeping removed it (fine) but instead of leaving our key on the room, they took it with them.
Breakfast the last morning- I was told my breakfast was not included. I said no- it should be? We have status that includes breakfast. After 5 minute of back and forth she called someone. Again? They told me breakfast was not included- that was what the 20 euro credit was for. I said no- I was told at checkin that I chose breakfast and the credit wa online of lounge. Finally someone realized it was their error and fixed it.
This was 6:30 am, when breakfast opened? Because we had to leave at 7 am for an early flight. What a waste of breath, because even though breakfast starts at 6:30 am, there was no hot food available until 7 am.
Location- 15 min walk from the C, 2 minute walk to the other subway. Pretty much 30 min+ to get most places.
2 stars only because they managed to give us an early checkin at 1 pm, but in a worse room."
