"I am a World of Hyatt Globalist and this was my first experience at a Mr & Mrs Smith hotel. If you are looking to experience a different side of Paris beyond the traditional tourist areas, this property offers a refreshing and memorable alternative. Firstly, I loved the location. Saint Ouen is very vibrant and I had so much fun exploring a unique part of Paris. Mob House Hotel was a true hidden find for me, as the hotel is much newer, modern and offers strong value compared to most Paris hotels. One thing that I was not prepared for was not having a television. I did not know that initially, but checked the website and it clearly states they have no TVs. While I thought it would be an issue, it was not, because the hotel had the fastest internet of any hotel I have ever stayed in. I was able to do Zoom calls with clients, watch movies and stay fully connected without interruption. The rooms are very well appointed with excellent closet space. My room had a balcony and it was nice to experience the first bout of spring while looking over the courtyard. One thing I did not love was that the fridge was more like a cooler drawer and not meant to keep drinks very cold, but the bar staff gladly filled my cooler bag daily, ensuring I always had cold drinks ready. I loved how accommodating they were with small requests like this, which really elevated the stay. I also loved the gym. This gym is excellent and had everything needed for a full workout routine. I was genuinely surprised by how much I enjoyed this hotel. It was a fantastic four nights and I cannot say enough positive things about the hotel, the location and the staff who made my stay so enjoyable."

"I booked the Mob House through Hyatt expecting brand standards, but the experience was unacceptable. • Hygiene Issues: Upon arrival, the bed was covered in black lint and multiple strands of hair (not ours) were found inside the sheets and in the corners of the bed. It was clear the bed had not been properly cleaned or changed. • Abysmal Service: When I requested a sheet change at 8 PM, a housekeeper arrived and tried to hand me the linens to change the bed myself. When I insisted he do his job, he became aggressive and had a visible attitude. • Unprofessional Conduct: He only partially changed the bedding, leaving dirty linens on the bed. Most concerningly, while I was on the phone with Hyatt Customer Service in the hallway, the housekeeper aggressively ordered me to go to the lobby or my room. As a paying guest, being "bossed around" by the cleaning staff was outrageous. • Management Vacuum: There was no manager on site to handle this at night. I had to leave the hotel immediately as I felt uneasy and unwelcome. Even after following instructions to cancel via email, I received zero response and had to return in person the next day to force a resolution. Bottom Line: The neighborhood is gritty, the room layout is poorly designed with no bathroom privacy, and the cleanliness is non-existent. If you value hygiene and being treated with respect, do not stay here. Hyatt needs to seriously re-evaluate this partnership."

"Do NOT stay here. It is beautiful aesthetically but it's all a facade. I was severely bitten by bed bugs. Do not even think twice about this place. DO NOT sleep here."
