"Not a very good hotel, firstly we got to the hotel just after midnight and flight was delayed, when we got there the man told us we would have to wait 15 minutes cos the system on the computer had to reboot? It ended up being an hour wait just to go to bed and we had to be up early the next day, then he finally called us up when he checked the computer after he’d been sat on his phone not paying attention and told us we hadn’t paid for our room yet, we explained it was a package holiday with easyJet and there was no way just flights from London to Paris for 2 nights costed £500 so obviously we had paid for our room, he kept saying we’d have to pay and we just kept saying no, he then gave in as we were talking about this for a while and gave us a room and just told us to come back in the morning and speak to the other receptionist, got to our room and there was no aircon and towels with stains on and our bed was not a double, it was 2 singles put together, in the morning we thought we wouldn’t mention why that guy wanted us to speak to reception to the new receptionist, so we went down and said we were told to see them and they had no clue what we were talking about, I feel like it’s a scam as it was late he thought he could just pester us for more money as he knew we were just desperate to get our room, don’t give in if they ask you for more money. Stay away"

"Everyone has right to sell whatever they want, in terms of goods or services. WHAT NO ONE SHOULD DO IS NOT CLEARLY STATE WHAT THEY ARE SELLING. When I make a hotel reservation, I assume that the room or apartment is cleaned regularly, not once a week, unless someone or something specifically says so beforehand. I was told this when I complained while already staying. From that point on, whatever good things there were, if there were any, don't matter."

"On arrival at reception for checking in I was required to pay an additional 150 euro as a deposit for the room, which is suppose to be returned on leaving. My colleagues deposit were returned immediately I am still waiting for mine to be returned. Watch when making a booking through a booking website , you will be charged additional taxes per person when you arrive at hotel, even though you have already paid the taxes. When I got to room it is basic and clean but freezing cold. There is cooking facilities ie kettle, coffee machine pots and pans and small stove. There is no coffee or tea provided. My colleagues room smelt of curry."
