"We stayed here recently and I found the standard of the room very poor. No fresh towels, bed was never made or changed, no toilet roll, the bins weren’t taken out etc for our 3 night stay. Room was very small and looked much bigger in pictures. We found it quite unclean. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend."

Good location in an interesting area we were greeted by a charming young lady at reception who accommodated our request for a room change and got us into our room quickly and efficiently. Nice room and a good breakfast with the staff, excellent as ever, we will return again."

"We pre-booked this hotel will in advance of our trip with a note saying we wanted a twin/2 bed room. When we arrived we were told it depends on what's available and a twin room was not available so we were stuck with a double. We are 2 bigger girls and we're given a double bed. After we complained about the room we were told there was nothing they could do. The whole point of having a place to leave specific notes regarding our stay was so that we could enjoy our time at the hotel in a comfortable way. This did not happen. I have been to Paris before and knew what to expect size wise for a room. I was looking forward to it so much and this was a huge disappointment. I could have overlooked the location if the room was comfortable for us. The location was inconveniently located far from anything you would want to see as a tourist. We also knew this beforehand however at night the area is sketchy. Overall would not stay here again."
