Star Champs-Elysees

"My family an I stayed here four nights for sightseeing in Paris. The hotel is situated close to the L ‘arc de Triumph which was very convenient since we used the metro and RER trains a lot. The pool area was vary nice to play with our grandchild. There were five different water massages in the pool. The rooms were nice and clean. The beds perfect for my back. The staff was very kind and helpful and especially when we needed to call a doctor and get help finding a pharmacy twice. There were several good restaurants nearby and only three minutes walking from the Aveny Champs -Elysees and the L’ arc de triumph. I would love to come back to this hotel another time."

"Beautiful hotel in a perfect location! We were very happy with our stay. The hotel is very centrally located — close to the metro, the Arc de Triomphe, and many other sights. Most of the time, we were able to walk everywhere because everything was so easy and convenient to reach. The hotel itself is very charming, clean, and comfortable. The staff were all extremely friendly, helpful, and understanding. A very special thank you and compliment goes to Aymen, who was incredibly kind, attentive, understanding, and helpful. We travelled with our dogs for the first time, and we felt very welcome. Our dogs barked a few times, but the staff were very patient and understanding. Dogs can be a little like children sometimes, and it was so nice to feel that the hotel staff handled everything with kindness and patience. The breakfast buffet was also very nice, clean, and lovingly prepared. I honestly have nothing negative to say about this hotel. For anyone who wants to stay close to the city, be out and about, and reach everything easily, this hotel is simply perfect. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Paris. Practical, clean, friendly, and very pleasant!"

"I I recently booked a Junior Suite for four people directly through the hotel website. Unfortunately, the room was entirely too small for this capacity. Once the sofa bed was opened, there was virtually no floor space left, and the path to the bathroom was completely obstructed. To reach the bathroom, we were forced to either squeeze against the wall or climb over the bed. When I raised this issue with staff, I was told no larger rooms were available. I am disappointed that the website lacks specific room dimensions, as I never would have booked this for a family of four had the true size been clear. If you are a group larger than two, I strongly advise looking elsewhere. Please see my photos for a clear view of the assault course getting to the bathroom."
