Pullman Paris Montparnasse

"Pullman Montparnasse Paris was a nice hotel, with good food and general location. To get to the key sites an Uber was needed mostly due to weather and distance during our stay. Perfect weather would allow some sites to be more easily walked. The rooms were comfortable as well as bed and bathroom. Quality of food was good as was service."

"Over-crowded, over-rated and over-priced. Facilities marketed on their website and by staff but not available to guests (the Sky Bar for instance) and the reception staff, while extremely pleasant, do not have a consistent message. Feels like it lacks proper management. I would say the housekeeping staff are good and the rooms are clean but for the price we paid, it's disappointing. On top of which expect to pay extra for every single then - I mean even to book a taxi in 30 seconds on an app they charged me 7 euros. Seriously."

"I had a fantastic 3-night stay in March. The room was clean, comfortable, and had great views over the city. The service throughout was excellent and really made the stay feel special. A special thank you to Erica, Julie, and Julien, who went above and beyond to help me repurchase my Jellycat that went missing from the room. They also included a little friend and an extra surprise, which made me so happy—such a thoughtful touch and hugely appreciated. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it."
