"Rooms are big and clean. However breakfast is a mess with not a lot of choices. House cleaning did not do my room and I stayed for 2 nights. And no room service."

"Had a great stay here! The reception staff was friendly and welcoming right from check-in, which set a wonderful tone for the whole visit. The rooms are spacious and impressively clean - you can really tell they take pride in maintaining the space. Everything felt comfortable and well looked after. I would definitely stay here again and can warmly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant, hassle-free stay."

"Getting here from CDG airport is a challenge as taxi drivers don’t wish to take such a short trip! Our taxi driver was really not happy (it got even worse when I told him I don’t have cash and needed to pay with card) - taxi was €20 The check in process was quite long given that there didn’t seem to be many people arriving. Whilst the rooms are quite large and beds are comfortable, it is the service that lets it down…. A few examples of this… Tea/Coffee not replenished in the rooms, breakfast was nothing short of chaos with no ability to find clean cutlery or clean table. We had a business meal one night with 10 people and again the service was terrible!! We were the only ones in the restaurant (early sitting). On check out I asked for my receipt to be sent by mail…after 3 hours of waiting this still hadn’t landed in my inbox and they were not replying to emails so I went back in physically to get them to reissue it and wait whilst it landed in my inbox. All in all, not what I would expect from a Hyatt"
