"Booked for 3 nights, checked out after 1. Filthy toilet in the room. No bed, only a sofa bed that I couldn’t pull out. No curtains so I was awoken at the crack of dawn. Ended up paying out £285 for one of the only other hotels available and obviously lost the money I had spent on this disaster."

"Situated perfectly in the town center so easy access to restaurants and shopping malls. Spacious rooms. Offer brilliant breakfast. The staff are very much friendly. The views from the windows if breathtaking."

"We'd booked into the hotel for a specific date, but circumstances required 1 earlier night. They said they were full, so we asked advice on surrounding places. We found another on Bookings.com and asked if they could phone for us and book, also ordering a taxi. At that point they said they has a "sudden cancellation", but it was double the price. We accepted as we'd had difficult trip and needed as little hassle as possible. Was that real or a coincidence? The hotel itself was very nice, no issues there, I just don't like feeling conned."
