"The room and bathrooom were pleasantly large, though the layout is a bit awkwardly designed. Also some occasional 'unidentified' drainage type of smell in the room. While the beds were comfortable, the linens and towels felt old and worn out. It would be nice if body lotion were included in the provided toiletries. Service and staff however need improvement. Housekeeping was not very attentive (some towels were simply forgotten during the changeover). However, the biggest weak point was the reception: the staff was very inattentive and unfriendly. I noticed that the male colleagues were somewhat more professional than the females, but overall the service was disappointing. The hotel is conveniently located near main shopping area and several transport stations, which is very practical depending on your destination. Regarding value for money: cleanliness and general maintenance are fine, but hotel just felt too expensive for what it was."

"A large very well designed room with a king sizes bed. There is a divider between the bathroom and toilet and the bedroom. A large shower but no safety mat. I had a bad fall when I turned round quickly. There is ample hanging and shelf space and an iron and ironing board. There is a larger than average safe. A kettle and coffee maker are available but no cups or ingredients. Arriving from an all-night flight the very good blackout curtains were very welcome. Two tips 1 The desk seems to lack a power point. On the side of the left end is a battery of sockets 2 The fridge is found by pulling the door where it says BAR."
