"Friendly staff and nothing was too much trouble. Everything was great. The room was large and spacious and the bed comfortable. Everything was clean. we enjoyed using the gym too. We also found the sandwiches in the reception area were very tasty and delicious. Bar staff helpful Thank you!!"

"The hotel is far away from a four star experience given that It urgently needs renovation, the rooms give you the feeling that you might be in a youth hostel and the furniture is broken. We went to the restaurant of the hotel yesterday and it was just a catastrophe. As a loyal member of ALL Accor I can’t avoid how disappointed I am having experienced seldomly such a disappointment"

"The staff were professional and all responded to our questions and requests quickly. The furniture was very comfortable! I appreciated having a variety of pillows and a high quality mattress. The rooms were of medium size, neither small nor large. It was very nice to have a window that opened (although the weather was cold). The hotel is quite nondescript but very comfortable - I wouldn't recommend it as "unique" or "beautiful" but it is certainly very comfortable, pleasant, and most importantly, it was extremely clean. The breakfast was varied and quite good - better than average for a hotel breakfast. The hotel's gym is very small and has very limited equipment, so if that is important to you, look at the hotel's website to see the photos and check if it has what you need. The walk to the metro was about 8 minutes but we walked to most destinations as this was in a very good location for sightseeing, music, food, etc. It was also very easy to get a taxi. There are nice coffee shops within walking distance - we especially liked Wall Coffee. I would choose here again for a comfortable stay, with a high standard of quality (furniture and breakfast) and especially for the cleanliness. It wasn't exciting but it was very dependable, typical for a well-managed Novotel."
