The Westin Grand Berlin

"I loved The Westin Grand Berlin. We spent a week there in May. I highly recommend it. The location, rooms and staff especially Agnieszka T and Heiko Forster were terrific. The breakfast was first class. I realized the first morning that they didn’t have something that I enjoyed and they went out of their way to make sure everything that I wanted (and the way I wanted it) was available daily. I have a simple request every time we travel. I want to feel special. Most hotels require a little prompting to know your expectations. This was the first hotel that I feel makes everyone feel special. The hotel was warm and elegant without being pretentious. If I had to describe the service and attributes I want in a hotel I wouldn’t go any further then describing The Westin Grand Berlin. There are many hotels in Berlin. This is luxurious and accommodating for travelers. This is truly a five star hotel that treats you royally. It’s a Grand hotel and you will feel very special. It’s elegant and modern. I personally want to thank everyone for making me feel so wonderful. Please don’t change anything and I look forward to returning."

"We stayed at the Grand Westin Berlin during May Half Term for a family city break. The location is excellent (close to key attractions) and the service was brilliant. No queues at check in. Room available straight away. Friendly staff throughout who smiled and happy to help. A breakfast with options for all. Quiet and a super comfortable bed so you are well rested. Great value for the type of hotel and location. If you are visiting Berlin, this is a no-brainer. We visited with three children."

"Absolutely fabulous hotel, rooms are lovely and clean. Hotel staff are really helpful from checking in to breakfast staff all have been exceptional. The hotel is central to everything. The zoo is only two and a half mile, great for a days outing. We also had dinner in the TV Tower well worth a visit. Walking about there is loads to see , check point Charlie is a five minute walk away . We will definitely come back, Berlin is a gorgeous city to see and walk round ."
