"Dirty rooms, ants all over the bedding. Animal droppings in the corridor from rats. Don’t be fooled. We were looking forward to this hotel, don’t get me wrong the view is amazing but that’s the only thing. Staff are friendly until you have a problem. We booked over a year ago for a double room, we were offered two rooms with two single beds. We are a couple and want a double bed. Electrics hanging out the walls and plugs don’t work. We left after 3 nights and asked for a refund or partial refund for the rest of the 4 nights we aren’t staying as we have found another account. All they would give us was 20 euros tax back, not even an apology."

From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The hotel was kept exceptionally clean, with rooms serviced daily and the communal areas maintained to a high standard. The location is excellent, offering beautiful sea views and a relaxing atmosphere. A special mention has to go to Maria, who worked during the breakfast service. She was incredibly sweet, friendly, and genuinely cared about the guests. She always took the time to engage with people, making everyone feel welcome and valued. It was clear that many guests adored her, and we certainly did too. Her warmth and positive attitude made each morning even more enjoyable and is one of the reasons our stay felt so special. The food was varied and plentiful overall, with plenty of choice throughout our stay. The only slight disappointment for us was the pastries and croissants at breakfast, which could have been fresher, and the juice, which wasn’t quite to our taste. However, this was a very minor issue and certainly didn’t detract from what was otherwise an excellent dining experience. The pool and beach areas were well looked after, with plenty of sunbeds available throughout our stay. Overall, the hotel offers a wonderful holiday experience with excellent staff, great facilities, and a welcoming atmosphere. We had a fantastic two weeks and wouldn’t hesitate to return. "I have just come back after a ten night stay at the Oasis hotel and I can say it was a wonderful experience, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Vasso on reception was so helpful to me with my return flight and transfer. Sophia at the pool bar is wonderful she is so friendly and has a great sense of humour, we had many good laughs together and I mustn't forget Yuri who carried my suitcase up to the pickup point outside the hotel. I was only bed and breakfast but the choices at breakfast are amazing. The hotel is only rated as three star but the staff are Five Star."
