"This was a replacement hotel offer as our original hotel had building work wish we opted for a full refund Large one bedroom apartment on the top floor was informed on arrival that the lift wasn’t working not ideal with two babies in prams I asked if I could possibly be moved to ground floor as walking up 4 flights of stairs with two prams was unacceptable simple answer was no Room bare and outdated but very big we had a kitchen but nothing in it no cooker no kettle no cups but we had a sink and a rusty old fridge no tv and the WiFi didn’t work unless you sat by the pool No cots provided without 16 euro charge each ,air con 8 euro per night our room had two units in and they insisted that I had to pay for both units at an extra £160 Shower was broken sink leaked water all over the floor and the cleaner skipped our room several times Empty rooms the windows in kitchens are left open until someone new arrives but closed just before your shown to your room so expect to get bitten by the mosquitos as you sleep nothing works to get rid of them Pros - large room Lovely quiet location Nice staff Lovely pool No fighting for sunbed Reasonable price drinks and food Cons Pay for air con Pay for cots Getting bitten by mosquitoes all night No WiFi in room No kitchen Broken shower Orange dirty water that cold mostly No hair dryer Broken lift Dated room Would i return to this hotel absolutely not plenty of better hotel in the same location that don’t charge for the basics"

"A fabulous place to stay, away from the noisy main drag. Everything very clean, lovely pools. Friendly staff. Remarkably quiet during the night. Apartment was very spacious, bed made every day, towels changed regularly. A short walk to local shops and some lovely places to eat. The sea is very close by and there are some wonderful views to find close by."
