If a beach day is on the cards, head into Elounda and you'll find a sandy stretch of shore by the harbour. It's about 30 minutes' walk from the hotel, or just a few minutes in a taxi. There's a small rocky beach just a 3-minute stroll from the hotel, too. 

The main buffet is open for breakfast and dinner and serves up a mixture of Cretan classics and international favourites. Snag a table on the terrace for a meal with a view. The snack bar is on hand during the day to deal with the munchies, and it’s right by the pool so you won’t have to wander far. If you head into town you'll find it's full of local charm, and teeming with tavernas offering authentic Greek fare. Grab a shot of ouzo in town or head back to the relaxed surroundings of the hotel bar. Wind down the evening with a drink on the terrace while the sun goes down.
