"Excellent hotel with amazing staff We stayed at Bianca Dorma in Crete for around three weeks, and we are really glad we chose this hotel. It is not a five-star luxury hotel, but I am giving it five stars because the experience was excellent. The staff are amazing. From the moment you arrive, everyone is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable, they remember your name, and they really help create a relaxed, personal atmosphere. The rooms are clean, modern, and very comfortable. The hotel also has a lovely swimming pool and a nice sunbathing area, which makes it easy to relax during the day. The food at the hotel is also very good. The location is another big plus. The hotel is very close to the main area of the village, with more than 20 restaurants nearby, so there are plenty of places to eat and explore. It is a great base if you want a relaxing holiday with everything within easy reach. One thing we noticed during our stay was that many of the guests had stayed here before. After staying here ourselves, we can completely understand why. It is a really nice, friendly, and well-run hotel. It is also adults-only, which gives it a calm and relaxed feel. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday with excellent service, a great location, good food, and reasonable prices, I would highly recommend Bianca Doma. If we are ever back in the area, we will definitely stay here again."

"What an amazing stay from start to finish! This wonderful family-run hotel made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Everyone was so warm, friendly and genuinely couldn’t do enough for you — the level of hospitality was exceptional and made the whole experience feel so personal for my friend and I 30th birthday. The food and drinks were absolutely lovely, and everything was presented and prepared beautifully. The rooms were spotless, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. And we definitely can’t forget Perla, who completely stole our hearts! Such a lovely addition and made the stay even more memorable. We had a fantastic experience and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a friendly, welcoming place with amazing service. The village itself is beautiful, my third visit and won’t be my last. The hotel is a brilliant location to all the lovely bars and restaurants."

"Wow what can I say, we have just had the most perfect holiday at Bianca Doma. Our 3rd time in Koutouloufari, 1st time in this accommodation. Greeted by Iris very early hours, smooth check in, shown to our room, room 3, lovely with tea & coffee making facilities, air con, safe & mozzie plug. The cleaner Diana left it perfectly cleaned everyday. Thank you 🥰 Our friends who were staying at another accommodation joined us around the bar & pool everyday and were made as welcome as their own guests. Special shoutout to Valantis, top barman, his mum Eleni who made amazing breakfasts, hot & cold choices which grew bigger day by day ( like my stomach 😂). Katerina who has taken over the running of the hotel is wonderful as is her mum Eleni, both of whom made us feel like family, and of course Perla the family dog. We were so sad to leave & cannot wait for the chance to return."
