"Please listen to all the bad reviews because the good ones must be getting paid to write them We paid for 4 adults and a child- bed breakfast and evening meal The staff are not approachable they always seem snappy and unhelpful never there when needed just sat round the bar drinking and smoking even when your eating food in the dining hall very unprofessional just seems like there wanting your money then they don’t care they have so many rules don’t do this, do this it’s not relaxing - on arrival we were told I hope your daughters not a picky eater! which to be fair she’s not too bad but we wondered why we were being told this by staff 1st morning there were barely nothing to eat very basic just toast or cereal so we sacked that off didn’t have breakfast all week Evening meal was unreal we couldn’t pick what we wanted it was somewhat like a bush tucker trial you got it placed in front of you if you didn’t eat it tuff basically, if you wanted nice food you had to pay They didn’t have a child’s menu our daughter got the same food has us which is wrong if they are willing to take the money for a child to stay at there hotel they should offer a menu for that child but they didn’t have one unless you pay extra, you got a glass of room temp water with your dinner no refreshing drink or anything like that Hotel room: Our daughters sofa bed was so bad no one was sleeping on that you could feel every wooden slat through the old thin flat cushion we had to let her sleep in our bed for the week, There werent any wash products on offer, not even TOILET ROLL you have to buy this yourself Iv never come across anything has bad talk about they want your last penny there’s not anything that would want to make me say I want to come back here, Never again! It’s the First time we took my parents on holiday and it was an massive embarrassment Then to top it off we asked for a room to get showered and ready to go to the airport has we had a really late flight home they told us a price so we considered it the next day decided to book it has we had no other options when we went to reception to book it we were told it was more money than yesterday but couldn’t give a reasons why there nothing but money grabbers Our memories of Happy days arnt Happy il assure you that itl be the most memorable holiday for how bad it is it’s laughable believe me go elsewhere"

We had beautiful moments, good laughs, and a sense of freedom that only a great holiday can give. We had a very good time and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Malia, Happy Days Studios truly lived up to its name."
