Jo An Beach Hotel

"Unfortunately, I don’t have many good things to say. The hotel needs major renovation, which doesn’t bother me so much but the fact this is supposed to be a four star hotel. We are staying here in half board and are no drinks at dinner not even a bottle of water that comes with the meal every extra thing has to be paid for. We’ve only spent one night so I will do another review at the end of my holiday, but so far it is not going well. We have no hot water and we were told that the hot water will be back on after breakfast so we went to breakfast came back and there was only Luke warm to freezing cold water in the shower. I went downstairs to complain and was told I have to wait another half an hour for hot water which means I can’t go anywhere until I’ve had a shower. So far my experience of this hotel is not been a good one. The rooms are clean but very very shabby. The view from my window is the most disgusting thing I’ve ever seen in my life. I’m hoping that atmosphere and just me being a well rounded person will eventually make this holiday great but I would never book this hotel again. I do want to be fair to this hotel, so I will do another review at the end of my holiday to see if anything has changed."

"Decided on last minute break to recharge my batteries and soul. Well considering it was booked on a couple of week before Ive got same this has been one of best hotels in greece. I did not check in until midnight but was greeted by the night reception who were amazing going through all the facilites in the hotel I was also advised that as it was late they had put a meal in my room and a bottle of water the meal was chicken and rice but after a long it was a nice touch my the hotel. I had room 104 on the 1st floor of the hotel it had 2 single beds a fridge a table a large wardrobe there were miniture shampoo in the bathroom. The room was cool and very spacious and really clean and a good comfy bed.The hotel has one main resturant located below reception which served best all inclusive food ive had really clean diing room staff really help serving drinks and bringing loads of great food. The hotel has very good disabled access all round there are pools which were really spotless and access to the beach is easy from lower terrace bar which a good selection of drinks.The star the show has to be Demitris the barman with a friendly smile no matter what time of day. There is only entertainment on a friday I found the hotel best suited to couples seeking a relaxing break outside of the hotel there is a supermarket and not much else.I will be rebooking for next year after this trip."

"This is my fourth time here and I always love coming back! The beach bar has been renovated and looks absolutely stunning. The food is even better this year – a real delight! I especially want to praise the staff: everyone is fantastic, always friendly, helpful, and truly dedicated. I always feel welcomed here. The hotel garden is beautiful and the location is perfect – restaurants and supermarkets are just nearby. Everything is within easy reach, yet the atmosphere remains calm and relaxing. Thank you once again for another wonderful experience! I will definitely be back ❤️"
