"The hotel is situated within the heart of the old town, close to bars restaurants and shops. The hotel is stunning maintaining many features of the era in which it was built. Our room (maisonette) was spacious and comfortable. The staff are a credit to the hotel. They went above and beyond to make our stay an absolute pleasure. Breakfast was buffet style and had a wide variety of food and drinks.Looking forward to going back next year."

"We stayed here in May 2026 for 6 nights. The hotel is small but it was perfect for us. The staff were so helpful & were always ready to help with any queries. A big thank you to Evangelique (Eva, I hope I’ve spelt it correctly) was exceptional. She always greeted us with a big smile & spoke excellent English. The one day she wasn’t there, we missed her. All the staff were absolutely great. Our room was on the ground floor & 10 seconds away from the breakfast area which was convenient. Our room was lovely but the bathroom was a bit undated. The lovely pool area with the fountain was amazing, so relaxing. The location of the hotel is right in the middle of old town with countless shops, bars cafes & restaurants. The fortress was a few minutes away & such a beautiful place to see. Lots of churches to see too. We visited Chania & Heraklion by bus which took 1.5 hours & both were lovely places to visit. The narrow streets & alleyways with trailing beautiful flowers were so picturesque. I will definitely visit Rethymnon again & the same hotel too."

It has been a time of recovery, slowing down, and remembering what genuine care feels like. Your hotel created exactly the kind of atmosphere where a tired person can finally breathe again. The beauty of the rooms, the peaceful courtyard, the open windows at night, the wonderful breakfasts, and the quiet elegance of the hotel made me feel safe, rested, and deeply cared for. I especially want to thank Kostas. One small moment touched me more than he could probably imagine: after a long walk in the old town, I sat down in the courtyard to rest, and without me asking, he simply brought me a glass of water on a coaster. Such a small gesture — yet it meant so much to me. It reminded me how powerful simple human kindness and attentiveness can be. I realized during my stay that true luxury is not only beautiful rooms or fine service. True luxury is feeling noticed, welcomed, and gently cared for. Thank you for giving me that feeling. I will carry this experience with me for a very long time."
