The Syntopia

"We had a fantastic time at The Syntopia Hotel. The service was impeccable, definitely the highlight of our stay. The food was great and there was a good variety. Giannis cooked amazing food and his good spirits made our experience better. The location was nice, close to the beach. The room was fantastic and the housekeeping was very good. The only downside was having to wake up very early to secure one of the better sunbeds. Overall a great stay and would recommend!"

"The hotel is absolutely beautiful, We arrived at 1am and the guy at reception was really nice, he took our bags to the room for us. We were in the jungle suite with a private garden, jacuzzi,and sunbeds. We read somewhere there was no sun in the garden and was a little worried but we had sun in the garden all day which was a bonus. Food was good it's all buffet. You can sit anywhere in the restaurant, in the evening you have to book a slot starting at 6 which is all on an app. Bar side of things is a struggle as they don't like you at the bar and someone walks around getting orders but sometimes its hard to get any drinks at all, and if you go the the bar and give your order they then tell you they bring it over for you. But sometimes you are just ignored ... One girl was very rude to us and we kept thinking what have we done. Maria who delivers drinks is amazing we absolutely love her. The restaurant was hard to get drinks aswell and they would be given to us when we had finished our meals and ready to go. Sunbeds make sure you're up early or you won't get one. Some people blagged them before we were up. So one day we got up at 5.30 to get a bed and slept on it. And found loads of others do that. If you need a taxi reception will book it which is really good. It's 15 euros to the town. The beach is 2 mins away. The shop on site was good. And the spa on site was amazing aswell. Entertainment is ok. Very chilled evening if that's what your after. But I did love the hotel very nice. And would go again now I know what to expect."

"We booked a 3-night all-inclusive stay expecting a calm and relaxing hotel experience based on the property’s description and marketing. On arrival, it became clear the atmosphere was very different. The hotel had loud, continuous music throughout the day, giving it more of a lively, party-style feel rather than the peaceful environment that was advertised. We raised our concerns immediately. Staff were polite and professional and did reduce the volume slightly, but the overall atmosphere remained consistently loud and not aligned with what we had booked. Given the mismatch between the advertised experience and reality, we chose not to check in or use the facilities. We also requested a refund, which was declined. Sharing this for other travellers who may be expecting a quiet or relaxing stay, as the actual atmosphere may not reflect the hotel’s marketed tone."
