Nami Hotel and Suites

"The hotel has a great location and convenient parking. There are many different restaurants nearby. The staff are very friendly and always ready to help with any issues or requests. We were lucky to get a nicely renovated family suite room. The hotel’s interior areas are beautifully decorated during both the day and evening, with lovely lighting decorations. Some improvements could still be made to the food, but overall we had a very good impression of our holiday here."

"Just back from a week at nami. Its in a fab location a short walk from the beach, bars and restaurants.Our Room was on a ground floor room which was a nice room but we had to keep the curtains constantly shut as it was right by the pool and no privacy. My parents room was third floor and quite dated. The shower is hung half way up the wall. My parents shower had no hook at all. Making showering difficult. Our room also had no bin except the bathroom one for the toilet paper. Kettle provided but no tea or coffee. Not usual for a 4 star. Food i struggled with, there was porridge one day that was nice. One 4 slice toaster for everyone that takes ages. Evening meals not great. Only saving grace was blanche she works so hard on her own and is so friendly shes a credit to the hotel. The barman also very nice.tge courtyard to eat in is very pleasant."

"Had an amazing room 114, TUI states on their website indoor pool, no such thing, don’t be misled by TUI. Cleaning girls in particular Jham ( Julia) wonderful, always smiling, waitress in restaurant Blanche a true delight. Onto the food, breakfast was ok, if you like chips cold food and leftover fried corvettes. Onto dinner, that was a disaster most nights, didn’t matter what time you went, food warm at best, same vegetable soup for 10 nights! Beef liver on 4 nights,out of 10, pork ribs, strips of pork for gyros, contained strips of fat, small burgers, chicken wings, tiny thighs, all the cheap cuts of meat, cold frozen vegetables, instant mash potato, none of the side dishes paired up with the cheap cuts of meat provided, certainly not 4 star, what a disappointment. Cook glaring and watching over you like a hawk, very off putting. The only saving grace was the salads provided. Shame really as a beautiful hotel. Of course this is only my opinion of the food, others might think differently. Would I go back, yes for the room, no for the food."
