"New Review June 2026y. _____________________________________________________________ I was a guest at the hotel again (4th time) , the level of hygiene is well improved , the hotel itself, the food selection is at the same level as before. A big complaint about the reception staff, very uncooperative, irresponsible. Namely, this is my fourth visit and I only book directly on their website, this time I had booked two rooms, one regular and one with a private pool. I asked to give me rooms that would be closer to each other, but my request was rejected without any explanation or in case of unavailability, they did not even try to offer me an option for the next day. Also, the last day of my stay, I went to ask for one of the rooms to get the option to stay an extra hour, to which I did not receive any response back and at the same time I received information that somehow someone made a reservation for a transfer for my room, while not paying any attention to the fact that upon entering the hotel I was asked if I had come by private vehicle and the license plate was also recorded. In short, it is about employees who lose motivation to work over time, continuous training should be carried out in order to provide quality service to guests, after all, it is a five-star hotel and the level should be maintained. My high rating for the hotel and the other employees, hygiene, food security remains. Honestly, after this, I will think about whether I will trust this brand again, despite having a much better experience with other five-star hotels in the same region of Greece."

"We loved spending time at the baby pool with our little one, the hotel is beautiful with amazing baby amenities for families and the rooms with pools was such a worth it upgrade. While the restaurant and bar prices are fairly steep the buffet for dinner and breakfast is great and we didn't really need anything inbetween. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the pilates classes were great too."

"We absolutely loved it here. We we here for 10 nights and got upgraded to a sea view swimming pool room and was so lovely, clean, good blackout curtains, the pool was perfect. The beach was lovely and clean and great for snorkelling and children. Food was so good! Great choice and quality and good for vegetarians, children and meat eaters. Bar was good, and my really enjoyed Pilates and gym and spa facilities. Really helpful staff. We loved it here and could have stayed much longer"
