"Beautiful views, attentive staff and very stylish and comfortable pool area. We had a fantastic time on half board basis. The mini bus was useful to and from town. The beach the bus takes you to has lovely comfy sunbeds which are free provided you buy some drinks. The staff were great and deliver drinks to the comfy double sunbeds which were plentiful and always available. We stayed in a sea view room which was adequate although if we went again (which we would) we would upgrade. The room was the most disappointing thing for us as the wardrobe was tiny and could not accommodate long dresses and on arrival there were 5 coat hangers (for 2 of us), also the beds were hard. However reception soon provided us with further hangers and a mattress topper on request! It was really nice to be greeted and thanked personally by the hotel manager, Andreas on departure thanking us for our custom. See you again soon!"

"Fantastic location and beautiful atmosphere with great staff service. The private pool room was amazing, but the beds were old and uncomfortable, causing back pain making it difficult for us to enjoy our sleep. The pool was too cold and would be more better if slightly heated, There were no English TV channels, and reception could not help. We were informed that management had disabled the menu option on the remote control, meaning there was nothing they could do to change the language settings. Food options were limited for a 5-star hotel, and the gym was poor and needs major improvement. Overall, I would rate it 3 stars."
