"I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with my recent stay at this so-called 5-star resort in Greece. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this was not a professional or guest-oriented establishment — and certainly nowhere near 5-star quality. Parking Nightmare: There was no designated hotel parking available. Guests were left to find space on the street, often dangerously close to traffic or under trees, hoping for the best. First come, first serve. This is completely unacceptable for any resort, let alone one claiming to be luxurious. Disgusting Food Quality: The food was a complete disaster. There was no variety, no freshness, and absolutely no care in preparation. My children ended up eating dry spaghetti most days — which I had paid a premium for! Pork was the only somewhat available option, and the rest was either inedible or reeked of old frozen ingredients. The fish smelled foul, clearly taken straight from the freezer with zero freshness. Almost everything seemed to come from frozen stock. There was no real cooking, no flavor, no effort. A total disgrace. Unhygienic and Smelly Room: Our room had a horrible sewage odor coming from the bathroom that made it difficult to sleep. It felt like the entire plumbing system was broken. The room was dark, uninviting, and far below any acceptable standard for a hotel, let alone a resort. Poor Facilities: The so-called resort pool was tiny and overcrowded, with no space or safety for children. The beach area was a joke — narrow, cramped, and umbrellas placed so close together that you could hear every word from the person next to you. The water looked unclean and the atmosphere was anything but relaxing. No Post-Checkout Services: After checkout, we were not offered anything — no space to freshen up, no hospitality, no customer service. It felt like we were being pushed out the door the moment the payment was done. This is not how a 5-star resort should operate."

"Hotel is in very nice village with good restaurants and bars, rather chill place, without parties so very nice for families. Whole hotel is rather clean and nice, very nice private beach with sunbeds. Apart this we were avoiding food, our kids was eating only fries because was not so much choice for them... And for us so we were eating mostly in restaurants, i had this feeling that dinner was preapered from what rest from lunch... Breakfast everyday the same. What was very nice and made our stay so fun was dance in the pool provided by one of the girl Kasha, she was very energetic, funny and always with a smile, as well suncastles competition, we did not win but we had really great fun. As well waterpolo game gave us a lot of fun. Very shame that it was just once. This attractions made our stay good. Thanks as well to bar stuff, very friendly and preapering nice cocktails."

"We are currently staying at the hotel. We are very satisfied with our room – it’s clean and spacious. The hotel itself is clean, and the pool and beaches are decent. However, don’t expect the level of service that should come with a five-star hotel – it is very poor. You will often encounter extremely unfriendly staff, especially in the restaurant. The restaurant is mostly run by young people who behave in a very rude and disrespectful manner toward guests. The tables are constantly full of dirty dishes and food, they don’t clear them in time, they’re not properly set, and you constantly have to ask for plates, cutlery, napkins, and glasses – and it’s the same every single day. This is extremely frustrating. The service is really weak, and the price on Booking for this period for a family of five is €4,500!! Unfortunately, we are not having a good experience."
