"Amazing family run small hotel , super welcoming family with very laid back relaxed hotel , we travelled the island and stayed at many top end 4 /5 star hotels and this being a 2 star originally I was unsure but wow great place so peaceful with great family running it ! I will happily come back good room good air on and just good service very clean !"

"Located right at the end of the resort. Owner was very nice and helpful on arrival, which was late, and changed our room to the ground floor as I cannot manage stairs. Rooms were only cleaned and linen changed (neither very well) every three days. Bar snacks were very good and reasonably priced."

"Manolis studious is a small, family run apartment complex, comprising of 14 rooms, a small pool and bar/food area, all are immaculately clean. The owners attempted to help us in every way possible. The apartment block is situated on the lower part of a hill, on the main road into Kefalos, The noise from the road didn’t bother our peace or affect our sleep in any way. There is a supermarket less than a 3 minutes walk down the hill, a fantastic restaurant 5 minutes walk up the hill, with a number of restaurants and tavernas down the hill towards the harbour. If you have a room upstairs the views of the mountain, beach and harbour are amazing. The rooms are basic but very clean, have a fridge, hob, plates, glasses and cutlery, ideal for stocking water, other drinks and making small lunches. There is free WiFi, air con available at a small cost and rooms cleaned regularly. We chose to have breakfast and small lunch’s at the bar some days and were not disappointed, breakfast options, we chose to have between scrambled egg on toast, beans on toast, full English breakfast. The pool area is lovely and very very clean, garden areas well kept, with sun loungers all around the pool, a small children’s pool and for the majority of the time a quiet and relaxing place to be. If you are wanting loud music, entertainment and late nights in the bar it is not for you. We look for a small, compact and friendly place to be able to relax and this was ideal for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have already booked for 2026."
