Panorama Apartments

"Whilst generally the holiday was very good and we had a nice room. The big let down for us was, immediately upon arrival we were asked to pay for air con 100€ in cash along with the tourist tax. When we arrived from the airport mid afternoon we had no idea whether it was required. We were advised by Anna if we didn’t need it she would refund as she was able to tell if we used it or not. We had an upstairs sea view room, so we could leave the doors open as it was cool on an evening in September. We informed her on our first morning that we would not require the air con. She advised she could see we hadn’t used it and she would settle up before we left. She claimed at the end of our stay that her Manager (never seen on site) hadn’t returned her calls and she had given him the cash on the first day, so was unable to refund. It has left a bad taste as we felt we had been scammed. Not a happy end to our holiday."

"Absolutely beautiful apartments which are a very good size with everything you need and spotlessly clean, they are run solely by Anna who is very hard working and always on hand if you need anything especially as the pool bar isn’t maned so you just have to call her, the apartments are within a 2 minute walk to 4 tavernas and a bar and 5 minutes to shop and bakers with a couple more tavernas as well, 2 minutes to beach which has 3 beach bars, it is so peaceful and relaxing at the apartments and the pool is lovely and never busy, we will definitely be back"
