"The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The reception staff are rude and arrogant. We complained about the lack of air conditioning to one staff member who told me to shut up. My husband complained the next day as the dining room was extremely hot and eating was not enjoyable. The reception staff laughed at him when he complained and told them he would lodge a complaint if it was not on by the next day, she did not care. They charge you for everything from water with a meal, to the use of a safe etc. The only friendly staff were the housekeeping team. Highly recommend to avoid staying here if you come to Rhodes."
